West Ham United launch new dedicated Supporter Services Twitter account @WestHamHelp
Service will provide direct contact point for fans seeking assistance on weekdays and home matchdays
Club also introduced new dedicated team of Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs) this month
West Ham United are pleased to announce the launch of a new dedicated Supporter Services Twitter account @WestHamHelp.

The @WestHamHelp account will be open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and on home matchdays from two hours before kick-off until after the final whistle.

@WestHamHelp will provide a dedicated point of direct contact for fans seeking information and clarification on issues such as ticketing, membership, travel and more.

The new account will enable supporters to submit enquiries and complaints, which the Club’s committed Supporter Services team will seek to resolve as quickly as possible.

Vice-Chairman Karren Brady says the introduction of @WestHamHelp is the latest illustration of the Club’s commitment to enhancing and improving supporters’ experiences.

“I have enjoyed engaging with supporters on social media and the insight this brings into the things they want to know,” the Vice-Chairman explained. "We have been listening closely to the needs and wishes of our loyal fans and have become aware that many would benefit from a dedicated Supporter Services Twitter account.

“@WestHamHelp will be available every weekday and home matchday, providing reliable and accurate information about the real issues affecting supporters.

“We are pleased and proud to be launching this valuable service and will continue to explore ways of enhancing the experience of supporting our fantastic Club for all West Ham United fans.”

The launch of @WestHamHelp comes hot on the heels of the introduction of a team of Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs) at Friday’s Emirates FA Cup tie with Manchester City.

The brand new initiative will see a steadily growing number of SLOs assist supporters on home matchdays at London Stadium.

Ten SLOs were on duty for the Manchester City tie, with 20 set to be on hand to assist fans at the Premier League fixture with Crystal Palace on Saturday 14 January.

Already looking into my enquiry I sent to the reservationcentre email address that have not had any response to - hopefully someone at the club can answer it.

Great idea

Apart from the fact the mobile phone mast can't handle 60,000 people accessing it at one time, so no one has any internet access. Introduce wifi I hear you say? Don't be daft, that would be far too intelligent.

Another massive thumbs up to our ingenious board.

They've fucked everything up so they have to introduce things like this. Hopeless.

I think it should have been in in the first place.

Re: West Ham launch @WestHamHelp
Why do we need a big sign held up at Stratford Station saying Westfield left and Stadium right? We know where it is.

Why aren't home fans able to go where they like on match days and get to the stadium via whatever route they want?

Why are hundreds of muppets paid to stand at two to three yard intervals from the station to the ground when they add fuck all to the day?

Have the big foam fingers disappeared forever now?

Re: West Ham launch @WestHamHelp
ornchurch - I don't get it. I've walked there several different ways and walked wherever I've wanted. Where does this happen to you? Do you mean the exit by The Cow?

Perhaps the signs are also for people NOT wanting to follow the football crowd. Although to be honest I'm not sure why their presence bothers you.

@WestHamHelp Why, when the tax payer has funded an iconic, UEFA Category 4 stadium, do I get wet when it rains. Row 22 of the BML? #WHUFC

Re: West Ham launch @WestHamHelp
OTB - it irritates me because what other ground in the country is the stadium signed in such a way, have so many temporary barriers and fences up and stewards placed every couple of yards over such a long walk?

Also, if lessons are being learned and things improved, why is it seemingly taking longer to get in to the ground now than at the start of the season?

Re: West Ham launch @WestHamHelp
@WestHamHelp If right backs have been banned at the new stadium, why do we still let visiting teams play with them?

Re: West Ham launch @WestHamHelp
@WestHamHelp Now that you've found the stadium isn't world class after all have you decided we don't need the promised world class players?

Otb

Last night I was watching a you tube video from Burnley fan from after the Burnley match. It basically said how there were no decent signs, that stewards inside and outside had no idea where anything is, not even the away end.... and that his mate got kicked out for standing... whilst Every other away fan was also standing. Signage and stewarding is shit for everyone.

Pop - that's from @WestHamHeIp - with a capital I for India instead of a lowercase l for lima.

@WestHamHeIp - The official Twitter parody account for @WestHamUtd Supporter Services.
